VENUE CHANGE for SPRING RECITAL
After alot of thought and deliberation, we have decided to move our recital to a new venue. While we LOVED performing at our previous venue (Oconee Civic Center) We have determined - we needed a bigger venue to allow more space for our audience to socially distance come spring. For this reason, we have moved to THE VENUE @ FREINDSHIP SPRINGS which is a gorgeous theater with a huge auditorium with moveable seating that will allow us to better safely accommodate students and families. In addition, it has an awesome backstage with several waiting rooms for students equipt with flat screen monitors that allow students to watch the show while they wait backstage!
THE VENUE @ FRIENDSHIP SPRINGS This is the same theater we performed "Newsies" in last summer and where we performed our Winter Fundraiser Show (The Little Match Girl) on Dec 13.
DATE CHANGES: RECITAL & WINTER BREAK
In order to secure the venue, we did have to change weekends (to the Only weekend they had availble) our new dates are the weeked of May 1 & 2, 2021.(Mandatory Dress Rehearsal May 1, SHow on May 2) Because this is a later date than our original recital dates (april 17-18) it will add a few extra weeks to our season (that were not planned for in tuition.) To keep tuition the same - We have decided to use one of these weeks to extend our WINTER BREAK one week earlier to allow families to isolate before the holidays when they may be visiting elderly or high risk family members. The other extra week of classes will be added at NO extra charge.
